My career started in adult services social work before moving into health and social care management, taking me to recruitment. I believe a non corporate style of recruitment where I can support my clients, concentrating on what really matters, is what really matters.

My 10 years ‘in the field’ experience; a Line Manager across the health & care sectors affords me vast technical knowledge recruiting in this challenging sector. I know what makes a good candidate, seeing beyond what is required by health and social care legislation and the details demonstrated on a CV is where I excel.
