I served my recruiting apprenticeship in medical and social care, immersing myself into the world of RGNS, RMNs, interviewing hundreds, whilst learning with intent from Home Managers to what it takes to make an impact on Care Homes across the country.
X4 successful years and later, I see myself as a partner to the clients I work with, conscious of their business demands and the effective delivery of resources needed to run efficient Care Homes.
Today, I use my experience and knowledge to recruit my way for my clients, working independently as a valued professional service provider to my industry.
