Air Conditioning Engineer – London & M25

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading building services / Facilities Maintenance contractor who, due to a recent period of significant growth, are looking to hire an experience Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a mobile basis covering sites in and around the M25.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for visiting the sites within the portfolio and be required to carry out PPM’s and reactive tasks on a wide range of A/C and general building services equipment including splits and multi splits, VRV, VRVF, 2 and 3 pipe systems, AHU’s, FCU’s, DFU’s, chiller plant (first line response), cooling towers etc.
The sites are all multi tenanted commercial offices so it is essential that a professional approach and attitude is carried out at all times in both the way you communicate with the site client and your appearance when visiting site.
Along with a highly competitive salary the client is offering a fantastic basic salary (up to 39k – DOE), a fully expensed company vehicle, mobile phone, iPad and plentiful overtime. The company in question have a fantastic reputation for training, development and growth from within.
