Air Conditioning Engineer - London & M25 - 4 Day Working Week!
Up to £38k + Travel + Package.
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading building services / Facilities Maintenance contractor who, due to a recent period of significant growth, are looking to hire an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a mobile basis covering sites in and around the M25.
The successful engineer will ideally be considered an ‘all rounder’ with experience working on systems such as VRV, VRF, Multi Split and Split. You will also be required to work with all associated plant, including AHU’s, FCU’s.
You will have a background consisting of service and maintenance works, including both pre planned and reactive, from basic maintenance such as filter and oil changes to major repairs including compressor and fan motor replacement. Fault finding skills, both mechanical and electrical, are essential.
The sites are all multi tenanted commercial offices so it is essential that a professional approach and attitude is carried out at all times in both the way you communicate with the site client and your appearance when visiting site.
This will be a role working across the weekend, which in return will give you an additional day off during the week. The work patter options are as follows:-
ON: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday OFF: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
ON: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday OFF: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
You will ultimately recieve an additional 52 days holiday per year, yet be paid a salary of up to £38,000 based on a 5 day working week.
