Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer/Supervior – London
£36,000 - £42,000 + Paid Travel
A leading air conditioning and chiller service provider are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join their ever expanding business, based within London (preferably based in North London). The business is looking for a engineer who is keen to continue their progression with a view to stepping into management within the near future, with unlimited progression and development opportunities on offer as their rapid growth continues, building and developing your own team of engineers.
The successful engineer will ideally be considered an ‘all rounder’ with experience in both Air Conditioning and Commercial Refrigeration, as the role is of a 70/30 split (in favour of A/C).
You will be working on systems such as VRV, VRF, Multi Split and Split. You will also be required to work with all associated plant, including AHU’s, FCU’s. You will have a background consisting of service and maintenance works, including both pre planned and reactive, from basic maintenance such as filter and oil changes to major repairs including compressor and fan motor replacement. Fault finding skills, both mechanical and electrical, are essential.
In regards to the refrigeration side of the role, you will be working on commercial systems including Cold Rooms, Walk In’s and Display Cabinets within commercial environments. On the rare occasion, you will also be required to work on Critical Cold Rooms (Blood Centres)
You will ideally have completed an apprenticeship/training programme, having gained a minimum of C&G Level 2 + F-Gas 2079 or J11 (or of course time served). Any other qualifications in particular electrical are advantageous.
On offer is a fantastic basic salary of up to £42,000 (DOE) with paid travel time, making this a very lucrative position! There are unlimited O/T opportunities, a fully expensed vehicle with unlimited training, progression and development opportunities!
