Seriously Connected is currently looking for Registered General Nurse Candidates to join a team of nurses in a modern purpose-built care home which offers around the clock nursing care.
As a Registered Nurse you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents. You will look to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs, whilst also using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. The role of a Nurse within our care homes has a wide range of responsibilities including developing care plans, practising and ensuring the safe administration of medications and leading the shift, acting as the line manager inspiring a team of dedicated Health Care Assistants and Care Assistants alongside the management team.
You will need to have a current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices to join our nursing team. You should have an understanding of DoLs/MCA and as with all our employees, you will be expected to work within our staff values and promote these at all times by being an effective communicator, passionate about your work, ;encouraging team working and having a positive attitude. Overall you should pride yourself on your person centred approach and thoughtful approach to nursing.
The home will support you with your revalidation commitments and ensure you receive continued learning through our internal training programme.
